Our goal is to prepare delicious food at reasonable prices, served and delivered by friendly knowledgeable staff.

We believe it is best practice to use the freshest seasonal ingredients available and to prepare each dish from start to finish to control the quality and flavour of each individual dish.

Our business originated as a retail Delicatessen, Fish Shop and Restaurant in 2003 based in Rush, County Dublin, the Market Garden of Ireland. All our products were prepared and cooked in-house and from a very early stage we were receiving requests from our customers to cater for a wide range of outdoor events.

As business grew year on year we decided to concentrate fully on the catering business and undertook an extensive renovation of the premises in 2010 to produce a state of the art catering facility. We currently have the capacity to prepare over five hundred meals per day.
